We can refuse or remove

We may refuse a generation, remove content, restrict features, or close an account.

Harry Lee ("we," "us," or "our") operates Soutine at https://soutine.ai (the "Service"). This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all content generated, uploaded, published, distributed, or stored through the Service. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to:

  • Images: AI-generated or edited images and illustrations
  • Audio / video: AI-synthesized or edited video, voice, and music
  • 3D assets generated through the Service
  • User inputs: prompts, negative prompts, uploaded images, reference media, and persona descriptions
  • Related metadata, share links, and published or downloaded outputs

Underlying models are disclosed in the Service interface (model pages and generation controls). Models offered include industry-mainstream families such as Seedream, Nano Banana, Kling, and other models listed in the product. Switching models does not bypass this Policy.

2. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

The Service prohibits generating the following six categories of content:

  • Pornography / NSFW content
  • Violence / gore
  • Hate speech
  • Child-unsafe content (CSAM)
  • Deepfakes / impersonation of real people
  • Content infringing copyright or trademarks

2.1 Absolutely Prohibited — Zero Tolerance

The following will be actioned immediately and may be reported to authorities:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
  • Content that promotes or facilitates terrorism, extremism, or mass violence
  • Technical instructions for weapons of mass destruction
  • Content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred
  • Non-consensual deepfake sexual content targeting real individuals

2.2 Restricted

  • Violent content is only acceptable where it has a clear fictional, creative, or educational context and does not glorify real-world harm
  • Politically sensitive or misleading content, including deceptive synthetic media about public figures
  • Medical, legal, or financial advice presented as professional guidance

Pornography / NSFW content is prohibited on this Service, not merely restricted.

2.3 Generally Prohibited Conduct

  • Generating or spreading misinformation
  • Impersonating real individuals, brands, or organizations in a misleading or harmful way
  • Infringing intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights
  • Deceiving users by passing AI-generated content off as human-created where that deception causes harm
  • Bulk-generating spam or deceptive commercial content
  • Jailbreak prompts designed to bypass safety measures
  • Abusing credit systems, refund policies, or payment processes

Do not submit prompts, input media, persona descriptions, or reference images that violate law, infringe third-party rights, expose private information without authorization, create non-consensual intimate or exploitative content, impersonate a real person in a misleading or harmful way, or attempt to bypass safety, rate-limit, payment, or provider policies.

3. Content Moderation

We scan text prompts with Waffo Prompt Sift before generation, and we continue only when that scan allows it. Provider-side safety filters may also reject inputs or outputs. Reports are reviewed as described in Section 6.

  • Before generation: user prompts (and related text such as negative prompts) are scanned with Prompt Sift.
  • After generation: we may refuse to deliver, hide, or delete outputs that violate this Policy. We do not yet run a separate Waffo output-stage scan.
  • We do not operate an unmoderated raw-model passthrough.

We do not claim a dedicated 24/7 moderation team. Reports are reviewed as described in Section 6. Generated outputs may still be imperfect; you must review outputs before relying on or publishing them.

4. Reporting

Report content or behavior that violates this Policy, including child-safety issues, impersonation, or infringement of your rights, by emailing support@soutine.ai with:

  • The URL or share link, if any
  • The task or generation ID if you have it
  • A short description of the issue

Reporter identity is kept as confidential as practical. Malicious or false reports may be actioned.

5. Reporting Channel

We list only this monitored channel.

6. Response Timelines

We aim to:

  • Acknowledge reports within 2 business days
  • Take action on child-safety and other critical reports as quickly as practical, targeting initial review within 24 hours
  • Resolve other confirmed violations within 7 business days

If more time is required, we will say so when we can.

7. Enforcement Actions

We may, as appropriate:

  • Warn you
  • Refuse a generation
  • Remove or disable access to content
  • Restrict features or credits
  • Suspend or terminate the account
  • Preserve evidence and report to authorities or providers when required

We may remove, restrict, or disable access to content or accounts as described in the Terms of Service.

8. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was wrong, email support@soutine.ai within 14 days of notice. We will review the decision. There is no separate appeals inbox.

9. Updates

Material changes to this Policy will be notified at least 14 days in advance by posting on this page and, where practical, by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Contact

If you believe content violates the Terms, your rights, privacy, or applicable law, you may report content or request removal through support@soutine.ai.
